Easy to Use WordPress Websites for Your Business, Church or Non-Profit

Websites are our first love…and they should be the foundation of your marketing strategy. It’s where your people learn about you, even before they call. Having a strong website, with a clear “Call to Action” is important. Social media is good, but isn’t the point to get people to your website where business actually takes place? Unlike the social media sites, on your website you control your content and you control the experience, not some secret algorithm.

About WordPress Websites

There’s a reason why WordPress powers over 40% of the internet.

WordPress websites are ready for business. If you think about all of the ways you could build a website, 4 out of every 10 are built on WordPress. Made for You builds on WordPress because of its ease of use, flexibility and power. WordPress makes it easy enough for groups like the Cub Scouts and the local PTA to update and maintain their website, but powerful enough that companies like the New York Times, CNN and UPS use it to handle millions of page visits each day.

We use WordPress because allows us to build beautiful websites that are mobile-ready and SEO friendly, and do it at a reasonable price. The websites that we build are easy enough that some of our clients choose to maintain them themselves, while others let us handle it. But in every case, the websites that we build are scalable and flexible enough to support their business as it grows, and powerful enough to serve as the foundation for all of their marketing efforts.

I thought WordPress was for blogs. Can I use WordPress for my business?

While it’s true that WordPress started out as a blogging platform, WordPress has evolved into a full-featured web content management system. That means you can use WordPress to manage your whole website, text, images video and more. We work with you to design your WordPress website specifically to meet your business’ needs, whether it’s for an online brochure, a series of lead-capturing landing pages, a membership area that restricts content to authorized users, or an e-commerce store to get your products in the hands of your customers.

How much is this going to cost?

Every business (and website) is different and has different goals…and every business has a different budget. In the discovery process, you tell us about your business, the things that you need your website to do, your budget and what you would like to achieve. We offer two options based on your business needs, Ala Carte or All-Inclusive Pricing.

Ala Carte, it’s the fancy French way of saying “pay only for what you want”. With the Ala Carte option, we discuss your website plans during our discovery session and develop a specific design proposal based on your needs. You make a 50% project initiation payment and pay the remaining balance at the time of launch. You can arrange for your own website maintenance and hosting, or sign up for our comprehensive maintenance and hosting plan.

Our All-Inclusive plans allow you to pay a smaller set up fee and a small, fixed monthly price, and we take care of everything— maintenance, hosting and unlimited content updates are included. You get the same individualized discovery session and a design proposal for your business, with the convenience of a predictable monthly payment. You can get started with a new, professionally built website for as little as a $899 project initiation payment.

In general, the websites we build range in price from about $3500 at the low end, to well over $15,000 for a website with some fairly advanced features or one that focuses on e-commerce. Most of the websites we build for small businesses cost $5500-$7500. Regardless of how much you spend on a website, we do two things; we build a crisp, clean website that gets your message across, and we build it so that it can easily grow as your company and your needs grow. If you are looking for a website that does the job, give us a call at (336) 303-0640.

How do I get started?

  • STEP 1: Schedule a Local Marketing Playbook discussion. We ask a lot of questions to learn more about your business and your goals. This helps us understand what you need and want from your new website and what you want to do with it.
  • STEP 2: We follow up with a quick meeting to discuss your answers in a little more detail. If we agree that we’re ready to work together on your project, the building begins. We’ll design and build your site, and give you the ability to give us feedback along the way.
  • STEP 3: Once the building is complete, we review the site to ensure it’s ready for launch. Soon after, we’ll flip the switch and your new website will be live and ready for visitors.
