Our AI Launchpad Assessment gives your organization a starting place for AI adoption. The AI Launchpad is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s current workflows and identify opportunities where AI can make a significant impact.
Through a combination of questionnaires, staff interviews, and group discovery sessions, we evaluate your organization’s mission, current AI adoption, and daily tasks. We focus on repetitive, data-heavy tasks that are ideal for AI automation. The assessment culminates in a detailed Recommendation Report, which serves as a roadmap for implementing AI-driven workflow improvements. Whether you choose to execute these internally, work with us, or utilize other external contractors, our blueprint ensures you have a clear plan for moving forward.
The AI Launchpad Assessment helps you:
- Analyze Workflows: Through staff interviews, identify areas of your organization’s internal operations and workflows that are routine, rote, non-creative, or repetitive.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify 2-3 workflows or automations that could utilize AI to offload repetitive tasks that consume human time and energy.
- Blueprint Improvements: Create a one-page blueprint for precisely how each of the 2-3 workflows or automations could be executed, including the tool(s) recommended and high-level steps to implement.
- Quantify Costs and Benefits: Estimate implementation costs (in $) and compare them to implementation benefits (in hours of staff time).
